At Brandmoore Farm, we milk 10-12 Jersey cows throughout the year and their rich, creamy milk is sold fresh on the farm and made into different dairy products. Yogurt varieties and different cheese types are crafted in our farmstead cheesery. In 2019, we farm ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to get the cheese/yogurt room prepared for making dairy products right here on the farm. Since then, the farm has ventured into making flavored yogurts, strawberry yogurt cups, a variety of hard cheeses and fresh cheeses as well. In 2023, we upgraded to a larger pasteurizing vat with the hopes of growing the dairy in the future and creating more delicious dairy products. Stay tuned!
